Refund policy

At Wings and Wonder Collection, each piece is individually prepared by hand using real, ethically sourced specimens. Due to the delicate, preserved and one-of-a-kind nature of these works, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind.

A return or refund will only be considered if Wings and Wonder Collection is found to be at fault, such as in the rare event of an item arriving damaged due to insufficient packaging or a verified preparation fault.

All items are carefully inspected and securely packaged prior to dispatch to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Wings and Wonder Collection within 48 hours of delivery. Your message must include:
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the packaging
- Photographs of the shipping label

Failure to provide this information within 48 hours may result in your claim being declined.

Returns and refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind
- Natural specimen variation or minor imperfections
- Damage caused by improper handling after delivery 
- Damage caused by environmental exposure, including sunlight, humidity, heat or moisture
- Failure to follow the Care Instructions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

Each case is assessed individually. If Wings and Wonder Collection is found to be at fault, a repair, replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion. 

This policy operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
