This website is operated by Wings and Wonder Collection. By accessing this website and purchasing from Wings and Wonder Collection, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Nature of Specimens
Wings and Wonder Collection pieces contain real, ethically sourced biological specimens. Each specimen is naturally unique and may display minor asymmetry, variation, or small imperfections. These characteristics are inherent to preserved natural specimens and are not considered defects.
Each piece is individually prepared by hand and is one-of-a-kind.
Ethical Sourcing
All specimens are obtained through licensed, regulated suppliers who follow established ethical and conservation standards. Specimens are sourced after natural death or through regulated breeding programs. Wings and Wonder Collection does not kill specimens for the purpose of creating artwork.
Preservation and Care Responsibility
All specimens are preserved and sealed to ensure long-term protection and stability. Once delivered, proper care becomes the responsibility of the customer.
Wings and Wonder Collection is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, environmental exposure, humidity, heat, moisture, direct sunlight, or failure to follow the Care Instructions.
Product Representation
All product photographs are taken to accurately represent each individual piece you will receive.
For certain made-to-order works, including the Monarch Glass Dome with quartz crystal and black glass base, a reference photograph is used to represent the overall design, composition, and colour palette. While the arrangement, butterfly species, and overall presentation remain consistent, the natural quartz crystal may vary slightly in shape, structure, and formation due to availability. Any variation will remain consistent in size, tone, and overall aesthetic.
Shipping and Risk
Wings and Wonder Collection ships within Australia only.
Risk transfers to the customer once an order has been dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier.
Wings and Wonder Collection is not responsible for shipping delays, loss, or damage caused by the postal carrier or circumstances beyond our control.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the delicate and preserved nature of these works, returns and refunds are not accepted for change of mind.
Returns or refunds will only be considered if Wings and Wonder Collection is found to be at fault, in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and Australian Consumer Law.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Wings and Wonder Collection reserves the right to change prices at any time without notice.
Accuracy of Information
Wings and Wonder Collection makes every effort to ensure all product descriptions, images, and information are accurate. However, errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct these at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
