Shipping policy

Wings and Wonder Collection currently ships within Australia only.

All pieces are carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure safe transit. Specimens are preserved and mounted using professional preservation methods and handled with the utmost care during packing.

Orders are dispatched once per week on Wednesday mornings with Australia Post. Orders placed after Wednesday will be dispatched the following Wednesday.

A flat-rate shipping fee of $15 applies to all orders Australia-wide.

Once an order has been dispatched and accepted by the shipping carrier, Wings and Wonder Collection is not responsible for delays, loss or damage caused by the postal service or factors outside of our control.

Risk transfers to the customer upon dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact Wings and Wonder Collection within 48 hours, failure to report damage within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined. Your message must include clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Wings and Wonder Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Wings and Wonder Collection is not responsible for damage resulting from improper handling, environmental exposure or failure to follow the Care Instructions after delivery.
